CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOPS WITH VISITING TEACHERS
Enrolment
Enrolment until 60 days before the course begins, but earlier enrolment is recommended
if you will be sure of a place. Buy the course through the web shop.
Price
The price of the courses emerges from the descriptions of the courses and the review of the enrolment.
The price is exclusive materials. Deposit is part of the full price. Invoice will be sent after the enrolment.
After enrolment
After enrolment you will receive a confirmation of the order and an invoice by mail and you are finally sure to have a place at the course.
Balance
2 month before the course you will receive an invoice of the balance price of the course, which must be paid on time referred to due date. (or I reserve the right to offer the place to customers on the waiting list)
Cancelling the course
Your enrolment is binding.
Do you cancel more than 60 days before the course starts we will refund your payment minus administrative charge at 300 DDK.
Do you cancel between 60 - 0 days before the course starts, your payment will not be refunded.
You cancel by e-mail at info@charlottebuch.dk
Note: You may find a participant yourself to take over your place.
Address
2 1/2 month before your course starts you will receive a letter containing detailed program, address list of the participants, route guidance and invoice with the balance price of the course.

Cancelling
Charlotte Buch Design reserves the right to cancel courses in case of illness or other unsuspected reasons.
In such cases we refund the entire amount paid of the customer. Charlotte Buch Design will make an effort to cancel as quick as possible and with less inconvenience for the participants.
